What You Will Do
- Build, launch, and optimize AI-enhanced paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.
- Use machine learning insights and predictive modeling to refine targeting, creative, and bid strategies.
- Configure and validate conversion tracking and APIs (GTM, GA4, HubSpot, pixels, server-side tracking).
- Manage automation scripts, rules, and AI copilots to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Integrate paid media with AI-driven SEO and content strategies, understanding how search is evolving in the age of generative AI.
- Develop clear, data-driven reports that translate performance into business insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams using AI tools for copy, imagery, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate — blending human judgment with machine intelligence.
How You Will Grow

- Communicate clearly with clients, distilling complex data into actionable insights.
- Bring proactive, strategic recommendations — not just reports.
- Champion the responsible and effective use of AI across Alloy’s digital practice.
Qualifications
Required
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Google Ads Certification — please include documentation.
- Proven success creating, analyzing, and presenting data-driven campaign reports.
- HubSpot experience (email nurture flows, workflow automation, analytics).
- Skilled in GA4, GTM, and server-side conversion tracking.
- Experience managing budgets from $1,000 to $20,000+.
- Active use of AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, AdCreative.ai, Google AI, or custom automations).
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills; confident in client-facing environments.
Encouraged
- Agency experience.
- Certifications in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or Marketing Automation.
- Experience connecting paid media with AI-enhanced SEO and content workflows.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling, MMM, and data visualization tools.
